Dean and Marg O’Loughlin are Executive Directors of Personal Safety Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 137 506 864).

Combined, they hold more than 18 years experience in the community services sector, primarily in training and management roles.

Dean and Marg bring optimism, knowledge and enthusiasm to Personal Safety Solutions and their ultimate goals is to empower individuals through greater knowledge, increased confidence and improved awareness.

They are absolutely passionate about assisting international students to stay safe so they can fully embrace the educational benefits and social experience of living and studying in Australia.

Dean has a strong focus on facilitation and professional development. He has designed and implemented programs for a range of diverse community groups to make positive and long lasting change.

Dean also has significant experience and a natural affinity with young people and has managed a number of youth facilities.

Marg has provided extensive training to various groups (including professionals, families and individuals) on government legislation and regulations and its impact on the wellbeing of children.

She has also worked with international students in a teaching role and has detailed knowledge of the challenges – including personal safety issues - they face when living in Australia.
